of hiring the children’s slime party bus

To avoid any doubt and put your mind at ease we felt it necessary to write our terms and conditions to allow the responsible adult who is booking the Party Bus to know what we expect from you and the children, and what you can expect from us! But please be assured that our company objective is to give your child a wonderful fun filled Bus Party!

If your booking is within the clean air zone you must inform us as there is a additional charge of £50. Failure to inform us and pay the charge can lead to booking being cancelled.

Bookings
Are only deemed as secure and these terms and conditions are accepted once payment has been made via our online booking system.

Please make sure your party is for a maximum of 10 children as we cannot hold the party for any more as stated in our insurance policy.

Access
Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure that access is available for the bus at your location. Our driver will endeavour to find the most suitable routes, but we will not be held responsible for having to cancel the party due to us not being able to gain access. Parking is usually at the kerbside and as like any vehicle it is has tax, mot and insurance, we have no exceptions!

Please check the following for access
The Bus needs about 3 car lengths to manoeuvre.
No LOW bridges.
No LOW trees – Yes, I know it looks okay, but have you looked from the perspective of the Bus being 13.9ft high
How wide is the road? – Would it be possible to get a bus and a car safely passed each other without any damage to either vehicles? We cannot park on the a path.

If the Party Bus is on route to your location and access cannot be gained due to the above or the driver deems the route as unsuitable for a Bus, then Party Bus will not be liable for being late and we will contact you to advise you if this does happen.

Operations
The Party Bus will remain stationary for the duration of the party, The Party Bus will endeavour to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the agreed time, and will not accept liability for any delay in reaching any venue due to road works, traffic chaos or any other highway hazard and when possible add the time to the end of the party. Please encourage the children to remain on the bus at all times.

Water & Electric supply
The premises must have water to provide for the buckets so children can wash their hands during and after slime making. 

We need to plug into a power supply, so please ensure one is available. (Direct into wall)

Unforeseen circumstances
In the unlikely event that due to mechanical breakdown, adverse weather conditions or other uncontrollable circumstances, and we are unable to fulfil your confirmed booking we will advise you as soon as this occurs and seek alternatives with guidance from you, the hirer. If the Party Bus is unable to attend a booking due to the negligence of the Party Bus, an alternative will be offered or a refund shall be paid to you in full.

Safety and rules of play
Safety is our paramount concern; therefore we have to put in place rules to ensure the safety of all our guests. These rules are displayed on the lower deck. Injured or unwell children are NOT allowed on the Party Bus.

Materials used:
We use non toxic and child-friendly PVA glue (Phthalate, latex, wheat and gluten free) paints and activator.

The face painting palette is water-based non toxic paints.

ALUMINIUM, PARABEN & GMO-FREE: Our Sodium Bicarbonate is free from harmful chemicals, parabens and aluminium, and poses no health risks to people.

Photography
Here at Slimetimeee we love to show off what we do and wonder if you would’nt mind the parties with your group being photographed for the website, these photos will not be shared with any other organisation of emailed to a third party. Please let us know if you are happy for this to happen at the party by signing the consent form when you bring your child to the party.

The parents of the birthday child are allowed on the bus to take photos and videos. We ask that all parents of guests, remain outside the bus.

Cake and candles: We do not allow cake and candles inside the bus if you want a cake this must be lit outside due to flammable material inside.

Adults must not:
Consume alcohol or bring glassware onto the bus. Adults are NOT allowed down the slide, we reserve the right to charge the hirer if this happens and the slide cracks! (It has happened!) There is limited space on the bus, so only the parents of the birthday child are welcome to stay.

Clothing and Jewellery:
It is highly recommended that children do not wear their best clothes and shoes when engaging in activities that involve slime as it can be extremely messy. We do provide aprons. However, despite the mess, it is guaranteed to be a fun and enjoyable experience! Additionally, for safety purposes, it is recommended to avoid wearing any jewellery, particularly bracelets/rings and they MUST tie their hair up in a bun to prevent it from getting stuck in the slime. We accept no liability for damage caused to clothes, footwear or any other property.

Damage/Accidents
Party Bus does not accept responsibility for any loss, damage, oil deposits on driveways etc, inconvenience, injury or death arising from any accident, breakdown or delay attributable to reasons beyond our control. The Party Bus cannot be responsible for any valuables. In the unlikely event of damage to our equipment or vehicle by harsh treatment or vandalism that is deemed purposeful, we reserve the right to charge the contracted person the full amount to repair or replace the equipment.

Slime ingredients are child-safe but participation is at own risk. Slime may damage clothes/property- Slimetimeee accepts no liability. Slime ingredients may cause discomfort to eyes/wounds Slimetimeee accepts no liability.

Slimetimeee include lively activities like giant slime making and minor accidents may occur-by booking, you accept these risks.

Complaints
We take complaints very seriously, so in the unlikely event that you are unhappy with our service then please raise it with a member of staff/Driver, as we will try to rectify all complaints at the time of them occuring. If the problem can’t be rectified on with or at the partybus You have the right to cancel there and then and will receive a refund. No party that has finalised is eligible for refund.

Cancellation policy
If you need to cancel for any unforseen circumstance you must contact us 7 days before the party to be be issued a full refund.

Slimetimeee reserves the right to cancel any bookings taken at any stage up to the time of the event due to circumstances out of our control such as extreme bad weather, staff illnesses or any other unsolvable technical issues. If an alternative date is not achievable then all deposits and/or final balances paid will be refunded in full without delay.
